Joybyte Secures Broader VeSync Mandate, To Spearhead Creator Partnership Strategy For Etekcity

Joybyte has secured VeSync’s nod to be the lead influencer marketing agency for its Etekcity brand, expanding an existing partnership that began in July 2023.

As part of the TBA Worldwide independent collective, Joybyte now handles comprehensive influencer management for the smart home product line.

The appointment broadens Joybyte’s responsibilities within VeSync’s brand portfolio, having already managed influencer marketing for VeSync’s Levoit, Cosori, and Pawsync lines. Under the expanded agreement, Joybyte will oversee Etekcity’s influencer strategy, activation, and promotions.

Etekcity’s product range spans multiple consumer categories, including fitness and health products such as body weight scales and blood pressure monitors; kitchen items such as nutrition scales; personal care and travel products such as back massagers and luggage scales; and electrical items such as smart light bulbs, watches, and infrared thermometers.

Influencer Marketing Drives Results

Joybyte’s scope of work includes influencer discovery, outreach and activation, campaign management, product fulfillment logistics, and performance analytics for the Etekcity brand.

“We’re very excited to expand our collaboration with VeSync,” Joybyte founder Ben Gerster said in a press release. “At Joybyte, we’ve seen and experienced firsthand how authentic conversations can help drive real results for marketers and meaningful connections with consumers.”

With organizations spending nearly $80 million on creator partnerships in 2024, according to CreatorIQ, the Joybyte appointment reflects VeSync’s continued investment in creator-driven marketing approaches for its consumer electronics and smart home device portfolio.

Joybyte recently partnered with Eggland’s Best to develop organic social media campaigns across social platforms. In the campaign’s first 90 days, Joybyte recruited 24 influencers who reportedly generated over 285,000 views and impressions. Some posts achieved engagement rates exceeding 4%, surpassing the brand’s initial target of 1.5%. The agency also grew Eggland’s Best’s TikTok following by 52%.
