MrBeast Seeks VP of Brand Partnerships to Lead Gaming Division
Beast Industries, the holding company behind MrBeast’s media and consumer ventures, has posted an opening for a Vice President of Brand Partnerships focused on “MrBeast Gaming,” the YouTube channel that has accumulated more than 55 million subscribers since its 2020 launch.
Responsibilities include structuring multi-year brand marketing programs spanning premium media, branded gameplay integrations, original gaming IP, competitive mechanics, and co-produced formats. The VP will also lead joint IP development with brand partners, including original competitive formats, branded game modes, recurring tournaments, and licensed franchises designed to run across multiple seasons, platforms, and geographies.
The role requires cultivating senior relationships across game publishers, platform partners, esports organizations, hardware manufacturers, and both endemic and non-endemic gaming advertisers. The hire will also represent “MrBeast Gaming” externally at industry events and in executive negotiations with CMOs and platform leadership.
A Channel at a Crossroads
“MrBeast Gaming” launched in April 2020, built around high-stakes multiplayer challenges across titles such as “Minecraft,” “Among Us,” and “Grand Theft Auto V,” with prize pools often reaching into the tens of thousands of dollars. The channel has grown into one of YouTube’s most prominent gaming properties. The new VP hire suggests Beast Industries is positioning the gaming vertical for a more structured commercial push.
Beast Industries, the holding company behind Donaldson’s media and consumer portfolio, sits behind a content ecosystem that includes MrBeast’s main YouTube channel, which has more than 475 million subscribers, as well as approximately 3 billion monthly views across his broader content network. The company is estimated to be valued at around $5 billion following recent funding rounds.
