‘Bing’ Producer Acamar Films To Launch Curated Children’s YouTube Channel

Acamar Films will launch “Again! Again!,” a YouTube channel featuring curated children’s programming, in March 2026. The channel aims to provide content based on public-service values for young audiences.

“Again! Again!” will feature English-language animation and live-action programming selected by an advisory board including Michael Carrington, former controller of BBC Children’s and director of programs at ABC Australia; Dr. Natascha Crandall, a child development expert; Debbie Macdonald, former director of acquisitions for Nickelodeon UK; and Mikael Shields, CEO of Acamar Films.

Content will be licensed non-exclusively through a revenue-sharing model. Acamar is seeking submissions from producers ahead of the March launch.

“We believe that ‘Again! Again!’ will offer our audience something valuable,” Shields said. “It will also increase discoverability, engagement, and revenue for producers.”

Alison Lomax, Managing Director of YouTube UK & Ireland, said Acamar “truly understands the vital importance of delivering high-quality programming underpinned by strong educational values.”

The launch comes as YouTube maintains a dominant reach among Gen Alpha, with 78% of surveyed U.S. children using the platform, according to a 2025 Precise TV report. The research shows that YouTube Shorts reached 53% of surveyed children. A total of 77% of parents reported being influenced by their children during co-viewing, and 47% reported seeing their last child’s purchase advertised on YouTube.
