YMU Group Promotes Five Senior Leaders Across Entertainment Division

YMU Group, the UK talent agency representing Simon Cowell, Steve Aoki, and Paris Hilton, has promoted five senior leaders within its Entertainment division, effective immediately. Meghan Peterson, Jordan Johnson, Lauren Clark, and Nader Dehdashti have each been appointed Executive Director. Claire Dundas has been promoted to Senior Executive Director.

YMU Entertainment Chair Melanie Rockcliffe said the promotions signal the quality of management across the division. “These promotions are indicative of the level of excellence and expertise we have here at YMU. Each one of them is a dedicated and talented manager to our brilliant clients and very much deserves these promotions,” Rockcliffe said in a LinkedIn post.

YMU Group CEO Mary Bekhait added that the moves align with the company’s long-term growth strategy. “YMU Entertainment is the market leader with an exceptional roster of elite clients. We are building for the future of this business and continuing with our commitment to grow leaders from within,” Bekhait said.

YMU Group credited three senior figures with developing the promoted executives: Melanie Rockcliffe, Chair of Entertainment; Paul Worsley, Chief Client Officer; and Darren Worsley, Group Vice Chair. The company stated that each played a major role in creating the conditions for the team’s advancement.
