Influencer Marketing Platform Vamp Adds 4 Leaders Across Finance, Product, Brand, and Client Delivery
Influencer Marketing platform Vamp has appointed four executives to its global leadership team as the company scales its service model across Influencer Marketing, creative strategy, and paid social amplification.
Simone Bevan joins as Head of Brand and Integration, bringing 14 years of experience across digital, creative, and creator marketing. Previously at History Will Be Kind and Hopeful Monsters, Bevan will lead Vamp’s go-to-market positioning and large-scale creative strategy. Phi Austin joins as Chief Financial Officer to lead finance strategy. Katrina West takes the role of Senior Product Manager, focusing on client experience across the platform, and Caoilfhionn Blaney joins as Client Delivery Manager, overseeing managed campaigns. Blaney was previously at One Green Bean.
Co-founder Karl Mapstone cited rising client demand as a driver of the appointments. “Our clients are asking for more complex and diverse support than ever before,” Mapstone said in a statement. “These hires are essential as we grow, helping us scale what we do, deliver smarter solutions and keep building on our 11-year journey in the creator space.”
Bevan pointed to the agency’s current trajectory as a draw. “What excites me about this role is the trajectory Vamp is on and the opportunity to help shape what comes next,” she said. “There’s real momentum behind where we’re heading.”
