Fox’s Red Seat Ventures Signs Exclusive Ad Sales & Distribution Deal With Caleb Hammer’s ‘Financial Audit’
Red Seat Ventures, the Fox Corporation-owned creator-led media company, has signed an exclusive partnership with Caleb Hammer’s personal finance podcast “Financial Audit.” Under the deal, Red Seat Ventures becomes the exclusive audio and video ad sales partner for the show and will distribute it across Tubi, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other third-party platforms.
“Financial Audit” puts guests who are in financial trouble through a direct accounting of their debt, spending, and long-term goals, an approach Hammer built after documenting his own experience getting out of debt. He launched the show on YouTube in 2022. The channel has over 3.7 million subscribers. Hammer has filmed more than 500 episodes and has built out the brand with a newsletter and membership offerings alongside the podcast.
“Caleb has built an extraordinary connection with his audience by tackling a subject that can feel intimidating with honesty, humor, and genuine purpose,” said Chris Balfe, CEO of Red Seat Ventures, in a press release. “‘Financial Audit’ is more than a show; it is a trusted, highly engaging franchise that gives people practical tools to improve their lives.”
“RSV understands what we are building with ‘Financial Audit’: content that is entertaining and, most importantly, actually helps people take control of their lives,” Hammer said.
The deal is the latest in a run of podcast signings for Red Seat Ventures, which Fox Corporation acquired in February 2025. The company struck a multiyear ad sales and distribution partnership with Tony Hinchcliffe’s comedy podcast “Kill Tony” in April 2026 and with Ashley Flowers’ “Crime Junkie” in October 2025, and last month added Charlie Sheen’s new show, “Mostly Sheenius.” Its existing roster also includes Megyn Kelly and Bill O’Reilly. Red Seat Ventures now represents more than 40 creators across true crime, comedy, news, sports, and entertainment. The company says the Hammer deal follows recent additions of Supercast subscription support and Apple HLS compatibility meant to expand creators’ ad inventory across direct and programmatic channels.
For “Financial Audit,” the arrangement mirrors the structure Red Seat Ventures has used with its other signings: the creator keeps producing the show while Red Seat Ventures handles ad sales and pushes distribution across Fox-owned platforms like Tubi alongside the third-party outlets where the audience already watches.
