Fox’s Red Seat Ventures Signs Multiyear Partnership With Comedy Podcast ‘Kill Tony’
Red Seat Ventures, a Fox Corporation creator-led media company, has announced a multiyear partnership with “Kill Tony,” making the company’s first major move into live entertainment and comedy.
Under the agreement, Red Seat Ventures will serve as the exclusive audio and video ad sales partner for “Kill Tony” and distribute the show across Fox’s streaming platforms, including Tubi and FOX One, as well as YouTube and other third-party platforms. Ad-free episodes will also be available to subscribers through a monthly subscription on Supercast, Red Seat Ventures’ premium podcast subscription platform.
“Kill Tony” has amassed more than 2.6 million subscribers on YouTube and nearly 3 million downloads per episode across Spotify and Apple Podcasts. The show, hosted by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe and Brian Redban, blends stand-up, improvisation, and comedy talent discovery.
“Red Seat Ventures is the perfect partner for our podcast,” Hinchcliffe said in the announcement. “Chris and his team have the right tools and resources for us to maximize and elevate our podcasting footprint, and we’re excited to kick off the partnership with even more great comedic content for our audiences.”
The “Kill Tony” deal follows a separate announcement earlier this month in which FOX One added eight podcast series from Fox News Media and Red Seat Ventures to its platform, including “The Brett Cooper Show,” “Keeping It Real: Conversations with Jillian Michaels,” and “The President’s Daily Brief with Mike Baker.” Fox Corporation acquired Red Seat Ventures in February 2025.
Red Seat Ventures CEO Chris Balfe said the company looks forward to expanding “Kill Tony’s” audience across Fox’s streaming services. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Tony and the ‘Kill Tony’ entourage in bringing their wildly funny and captivating live comedy podcast to our growing portfolio of genre-defining creator content,” Balfe stated.
“Kill Tony” is represented by UTA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
