Former Disrupt MD Stevie Johnson Named Head Of Omnicom Media’s UK Influencer Marketing Unit

Omnicom Media Group has appointed Stevie Johnson as Head of Creo in the UK, a newly created senior role overseeing influencer marketing capabilities across the network’s UK agencies. Johnson joins from influencer marketing agency Disrupt Marketing, where he served as Managing Director.

Johnson will oversee strategic development and delivery of integrated influencer solutions across Omnicom Media’s UK network, aligning creator activity with broader media planning and activation for clients. He will report to Harriet Perry, Chief Media & Partnerships Officer at Omnicom Media UK.

Johnson brings over 10 years of experience in the creator economy space. His previous roles include senior positions at Open Influence and Brandbassador. In an announcement, Johnson stated: “Influence has never been more integral to the digital landscape than right now, underpinning how brands grow from discovery through to conversion.”

Sam Holt, Chief Digital Officer at Omnicom Media UK, said: “With Stevie’s leadership, Creo is perfectly placed to deliver credible, scalable, and measurable solutions that reflect how today’s consumers engage with content and culture.”

The appointment follows Omnicom Media Group’s April 2025 decision to consolidate all its influencer marketing capabilities globally under the Creo brand. In the UK, the unit operates under the name OMCreo.

The consolidation includes three AI-powered capabilities: a Creator Briefing Tool using Google Gemini, the Creo Influencer Agent for creator selection, and the Omni Creator Performance Predictor, which uses Meta API access to predict Instagram content performance.

Since launching, Creo has applied its approach to campaigns for brands including Mountain Dew, Delta, and State Farm.
