Fabulate Raises $4.5M as APAC Influencer Marketing Platform Hits $84.5M Valuation

Fabulate, an Influencer Marketing and technology platform operating across the Asia-Pacific region, has raised $4.5 million in a funding round that values the company at $84.5 million post-money, the company announced.

“Given the company is profitable and the round was oversubscribed, with roughly 90% of the capital coming from existing shareholders doubling down, Fabulate elected not to run an external raise process,” Fabulate CEO Toby Kennett said in a statement. “The funds raised will be used to further drive our growth through the region.”

Fabulate Chair Patrick Forth framed the raise as a reflection of the company’s trajectory. “What’s impressive about Fabulate isn’t just the growth story, it’s the quality of the business that has been built,” Forth said. “The team has developed a genuinely differentiated technology platform, with AI at its core capability across discovery, campaign execution and measurement.”

Centerstone Capital and Nightingale Partners are among Fabulate’s specialist capital investors.

Regional Expansion, Recent Hires

Fabulate has expanded over the past two years from its home market of Australia into New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan. The raise follows two recent appointments: Jon Kee as Commercial Director for Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea, and Gabrielle Lawton as New Zealand Commercial Lead.

On the product side, Fabulate has built out its AI-powered suite with the launch of SparQ, adding to tools spanning creator discovery, vetting, campaign management and measurement.

YouTube named Fabulate among 17 companies listed in its Creator Partnerships services directory, identifying Fabulate as both a platform and agency partner with access to verified, creator-consented audience data through YouTube’s Creator Partnerships API. That designation places Fabulate among a limited group of firms YouTube has approved to bring the API’s discovery and measurement tools into their own products for advertisers.
