Audio Network Ozen.fm Unveils AI Platform to Turn Live Radio Into Monetizable Podcast Inventory

Audio monetization network Ozen.fm has introduced PodcastBot.ai, an AI-powered platform designed to convert live radio programming into on-demand podcast episodes.

The platform supports both full-length shows and segmented content. Its “Standard Show Mode” converts scheduled broadcasts into complete episodes, while an interview extraction feature identifies guest segments and publishes them as standalone audio. Ozen.fm said the system includes transcription, sound optimization, and music removal to enable distribution across major podcast platforms.

PodcastBot.ai supports multiple languages and integrates with existing broadcast and hosting systems. According to the company, the platform can process both live streams and archived audio, allowing broadcasters to expand their on-demand catalogs and reach audiences beyond geographic broadcast limits.

“Radio stations create valuable content every day, yet too much of it disappears after it airs,” said Rodrigo Tigre, co-founder and President of Ozen.fm. “Broadcasters can reach audiences on more platforms while generating new revenue from content they’re already producing.”

Monetization and Distribution Focus

PodcastBot.ai also includes ad detection and marker replacement, allowing broadcasters to insert new sponsorships into podcast versions of their content. The company said this enables stations to monetize podcast inventory independently of terrestrial advertising.

The launch builds on Ozen.fm’s broader positioning as a programmatic audio marketplace. In an earlier report by Podcasting Today, the company described its platform as a “curated, multilingual and advertiser-friendly” ecosystem that combines content discovery, audience targeting, and monetization within a single system.

Ozen.fm said it connects podcast and streaming inventory to programmatic and direct advertising demand, offering contextual targeting and brand-safe placements for advertisers. The company has also established partnerships with firms such as Triton Digital, Spreaker, and RSS.com to support its distribution and monetization infrastructure.
