Creator Networking Platform Creatorland Launches AI Tool To Address Creator Inbox Overload Problem
Creatorland has opened a public waitlist for Dealsync, an AI-powered inbox management system designed to help creators organize brand partnership emails and track deal conversations.
The company developed the product after surveying more than 30 professional creators who connected Gmail accounts to its platform earlier in 2025. The company also hosted a webinar that drew more than 200 registrations to gather additional feedback on inbox workflows.
The research revealed that email management consumes significant time for professional creators managing brand partnerships. Creators reported spending 5 or more hours per week sorting brand partnership emails. Survey participants said legitimate opportunities frequently get buried among spam and promotional messages, with no systematic way to track past deals or schedule follow-ups.
“Email is my biggest pain point. I actually hired a virtual assistant just to organize my emails. I was spending 3-4 hours a day in my inbox,” said Jen D., a creator who participated in the research.
Another creator, Cameron G., told the company, “Every day, I’m spending about two hours just going through emails. I get 15-20 spam emails for every 3-5 real ones.”
“I’m so busy that sometimes deals go by the wayside. I’d pay someone to filter out all the crap – that would be so valuable,” said Scott M.
Product Features and Development Timeline
Creatorland spent four months developing Dealsync and six weeks obtaining Google data safety approval before launching the waitlist. The company tested the product with creators who manage five to 20 or more inbound brand deals monthly.
The platform automatically detects brand partnership emails and separates them from other inbox content. It tracks conversations by status, categorizing deals as new, in progress, or closed. The system also maintains a database of past brand, agency, and deal-related contacts.
Creatorland previously released a feature called Brand Contacts that allowed creators to discover their professional network through connected Gmail accounts. The company positions Dealsync as an extension of that functionality, adding real-time deal tracking and management capabilities.
DealSync runs on the W3.io protocol, utilizing its decentralized cloud infrastructure to support intelligent applications and AI compute at scale.
Planned Feature Additions
Creatorland plans to expand Dealsync with additional features, including smart to-do list tracking, AI-powered intelligence on contacts and brands, and negotiation tools and insights.
“When creators with hundreds of thousands of followers are spending hours each day sorting email, that time is coming directly out of their ability to grow their businesses,” said Brian Freeman, founder and CEO of Creatorland. “Dealsync exists to make sure real opportunities do not get missed simply because creators are overwhelmed.”
