AI Platform Wondercraft Unveils AI Agent To Turn Conversations Into Professional Content

Y Combinator-backed AI content studio Wondercraft has just launched Wonda, an AI agent that creates and edits professional audio and video content through conversational interfaces, eliminating the need for traditional editing software. The platform currently supports audio production, with video generation scheduled for beta release this fall.

“Human storytelling began with conversations around a campfire. Wonda brings us back to that simplicity; you speak, and Wonda creates,” Wondercraft co-founder Dimitris Nikolaou says in a press release. “Nothing is as powerful as human storytelling, yet too many creative ideas die in the timelines of archaic editing tools.”

The release comes as recent research from Wondercraft indicates over 80% of content creators now incorporate AI into their workflows, with nearly 40% using AI throughout their entire production process. The company positions Wonda as a shift in creative production methodology, replacing traditional workflows with dialogue-based creation.

“The future of creative production won’t be built on complexity for the few, but on simpler conversations for the many. We are entering a new era of human creativity where AI agents will soon be as foundational as the browser,” states Wondercraft co-founder Oskar Serrander.

Jake Rea, VP of Operations for DAX Global and a Wonda beta user, notes: “Wonda is another valuable addition to the Wondercraft platform. It’s designed to further streamline the audio production services we offer to our clients. Wondercraft continues to evolve within the AI space, offering innovative capabilities that enhance both efficiency and creative output.”

Six-Step Creation Process

Wonda functions as both a creative assistant and a professional editor through a six-step process that begins with conversation.

Users start by chatting with Wonda and sharing their website or brand assets, whereupon the AI automatically extracts brand colors, fonts, and layout preferences. The system then crafts scripts from users’ notes or uploaded files.

For audio elements, Wonda generates expressive AI voices, with users able to clone their own voice if desired. The platform provides complete vocal control for fine-tuning tone and delivery.

The system incorporates custom soundtracks and effects from Wondercraft’s library or generates fresh audio based on user requests. For visual content, Wonda can create images, avatars, and video elements, or edit uploaded visuals to match the project.

The final step delivers a professional product ready for publishing without additional editing required.

Creator Economy Impact

Serrander emphasizes the economic benefits of Wonda: “We are changing the math completely for creators and marketers. Mid-tier creators are the backbone of the new content economy. They are talented, ambitious, but often squeezed between time and budgets.”

On the relationship between creators and AI tools, Serrander notes: “Our goal with Wonda is not just to streamline tasks but to rethink the entire flow for storytellers. Instead of jumping between software, settings, and interfaces, creators now shape their ideas through natural language. That changes the relationship entirely: you go from being a user of tools to being a director of intelligent collaborators.”

Wondercraft’s research shows most professionals now regularly utilize at least three AI tools, constructing specialized stacks tailored to their needs. Chat interfaces remain the most widely used format (37.6%), with audio and image generation tools following at 21% each, and video tools at 19.7%.

Users identified time savings (23.8%) as AI’s primary value, followed by format conversion capabilities (19%) and creative ideation support (18.8%).

“Most AI tools solve pieces of the problem: voice cloning, music generation, video editing, but creators don’t really want more tabs. They want flow,” Serrander tells Net Influencer. “Wonda is designed to feel like a creative studio, not a toolchain, with full access to the best AI models for scripting, audio, and video. We’re building an agent that powers creativity wherever it’s needed.”

According to Wondercraft, the company plans to expand through more partnerships, embedding its agent into platforms where creative work already happens.
