TikTok Partners With Creators HQ To Launch UAE’s First Creator Bootcamp
TikTok has announced a partnership with Creators HQ to launch the UAE’s first “TikTok x Creators HQ Bootcamp,” a five-day program designed to advance content creation skills for regional creators. The program targets creators with more than 10,000 followers and requires participants to be at least 18 years old.
The bootcamp provides hands-on training in shooting, editing, and producing content, with access to professional-grade equipment and expert mentorship. Participants work with Sukoon Studio on studio production techniques and receive instruction on storytelling methods. The program requires full attendance across all five days to earn certification, which TikTok and Creators HQ leadership present at a graduation ceremony.
Registration requires participants to provide personal information including name, contact details, region, TikTok handle, and other social media links. The bootcamp conducts sessions in English exclusively.
The initiative aligns with the UAE’s broader creator economy development strategy. Creators HQ launched in January 2025 at Emirates Towers in Dubai during the 1 Billion Followers Summit, backed by a AED150 million (~$40M) Content Creators Support Fund established under directives from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The Dubai-based facility targets attracting 10,000 influencers to the UAE and hosts more than 300 events and workshops annually. Creators HQ provides services including UAE Golden Visa assistance, relocation support, and company registration for members.
Growth Projections
The program launches as the UAE’s live streaming market projects growth from $1.9 billion to $3.4 billion by 2030, according to TikTok data released in collaboration with consulting firm Kearney. Approximately 115,000 UAE social media users stream live daily across platforms, with the broader MENA region expected to reach $17.8 billion in live streaming market value by 2030.
Current data shows only 10% of MENA creators who livestream daily work with agencies, indicating expansion potential compared to markets like China where 80% of daily livestreamers maintain agency affiliations.
