Stellar Tech Acquires Dutch Platform Join In Bid To Consolidate Benelux Creator Marketing
Brussels-based marketing technology firm Stellar Tech has expanded its footprint in the Benelux region with the acquisition of Dutch creator platform Join, marking its third purchase in the creator technology sector following the acquisitions of Influo (July 2024) and IROIN® (March 2025).
According to a press release, the move combines Join with Stellar Tech’s existing Creatorz marketplace, positioning the merged entity as a major player connecting brands and content creators across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Following the acquisition, Stellar Tech restructures its operations around two core services:
- An analytics division that merges its original platform with IROIN® technology for creator discovery and campaign measurement.
- An expanded marketplace combining Creatorz and Join that facilitates direct brand connections with micro-influencers and user-generated content creators.
Brand Connection
The company reports the combined platform will connect brands with “tens of thousands” of verified creators across the Benelux region through a single access point.
Join’s founding team transitions into key roles within the expanded organization. Paolo Martorino, former CEO, becomes Managing Director of the combined marketplace, while co-founder Edwin Knip assumes leadership of technical development.
The acquisition addresses growing demand for streamlined creator partnerships as brands increasingly seek authentic content at scale. The deal’s timing coincides with rising brand investment in smaller creators and user-generated content.
Cathy Pill, Stellar Tech CEO, described the move as “not just about growth, but about shaping the future of influence where collaborations are more diverse and accessible.”
Financial terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed.
