AnyMind Acquires Beauty Creator Studio NADESIKO To Boost Social Commerce
AnyMind Group has acquired NADESIKO Inc., a Tokyo-based creator studio specializing in short-form beauty content and marketing. The acquisition marks AnyMind’s 12th acquisition globally and its 6th in Japan, following a strategy that has been a key growth driver since the company’s founding in 2016.
NADESIKO brings expertise in social marketing for the beauty industry. Its flagship TikTok account, “Motecosme-chan Beauty (@mote_cosme),” has amassed more than 189,000 followers and generates high engagement rates among beauty-conscious consumers.
The acquisition enhances AnyMind’s Business Platform as a Service capabilities by providing end-to-end support across the social-to-commerce value chain. Key synergies include improved social and e-commerce integration, expansion of beauty-focused creator networks, and global scaling of Japan-born brands and content across Asia.
“As consumer behavior increasingly begins on social platforms, designing seamless journeys from discovery through to purchase has never been more important,” said Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, in a press release.
Building Momentum
The NADESIKO acquisition follows several strategic moves by AnyMind Group in 2025. In April, the company acquired AnyReach, a Japan-based e-gifting company with a platform that has been adopted by more than 700 companies. In August, AnyMind launched AnyLive for Creators, enabling influencers to generate AI avatars for livestream commerce. This allows creators to earn passive income while their digital twins stream continuously across platforms.
The Asia-Pacific live commerce market is projected to exceed $77 billion by 2030, while the creator economy in the region is expected to surpass $75 billion by 2032, according to research by AnyMind. With operations in 15 markets globally, AnyMind continues to expand its technological capabilities across various business functions.
