RHEI Overhauls Made Platform With Proactive AI Agents to Eliminate Creator Blank-Page Problem
Tech company RHEI has released a major update to Made, its AI platform for content creators, introducing a redesigned interface and upgraded AI agents aimed at reducing the friction creators face when starting new projects.

According to the announcement, the update shifts Made from a prompt-driven tool to a platform that surfaces personalized ideas and recommendations as soon as a creator enters. New home pages display thumbnail concepts based on recent uploads, script outlines, video descriptions, and social captions tailored to each creator’s voice and content history. RHEI said the changes are designed to give creators an actionable starting point rather than an empty screen.
“The era of the blank prompt box is over. Creators shouldn’t have to learn how to speak to AI; the AI should understand how to support the creator,” said Shahrzad Rafati, founder and CEO of RHEI. “With this evolution of Made, we are shifting from passive AI to proactive teammates. By anticipating what a creator needs before they even ask, we are eliminating the friction of the blank page and giving them the freedom to simply create.”
Made’s recommendations draw on RHEI’s proprietary data library, which the company said exceeds 8 petabytes. The platform’s five AI agents, Milo, Zara, Remi, Lila, and Amie, analyze a creator’s channel and workflow to generate personalized outputs.
The updated platform also introduces enhanced video and image tools, including smarter clip selection, motion-detection reframing, and brand-aligned visual creation. On the publishing side, Made now offers live captions and smarter playlist creation to help creators move from production to distribution within a single workflow.
RHEI, formerly known as BBTV, is a Vancouver-based technology company that works with more than 7,000 customers, including content creators and media companies such as Sony Pictures, Warner Music Group, Paramount Skydance, Universal Pictures, Lionsgate, and PBS.
