Linqia Launches Automated Comment Tool to Turn Creator Posts Into Commerce Moments

Linqia, an independent Influencer Marketing agency, announced a new automated comment capability that allows brands to convert creator post interactions into direct commerce opportunities.

The feature integrates with chat platforms, including Manychat and Stampede Social. When a viewer comments on a creator’s post, replies to a Story, or sends a direct message, the creator’s handle automatically follows up with brand-approved links, product pages, or responses to common questions. The capability operates across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok.

Brands can design automated conversation flows to instantly reply to comments, respond to direct messages and Story mentions, deliver personalized offers and content, capture first-party data, and handle basic customer support inquiries.

A recent Buffer report found that Instagram posts in which a creator has replied to comments generate 21% more engagement.
