Influencer Kay Dudley Launches Plant-Based Protein Bar Brand HEYNU

Kay Dudley, one half of influencer duo Kay & Tay Official, launched HEYNU (Hey Nutrition), a community-driven nutrition brand, with its debut product HEYBAR, a plant-based protein bar available in the U.S. as of February 27.

The product traces its origins to a homemade protein ball recipe Dudley developed and shared online, which generated substantial audience demand. Followers requested the recipe and eventually a purchasable version, prompting the commercial launch.

“HEYBAR started in my kitchen, but it grew because our community kept asking for it,” Dudley said in a press release. “We didn’t just want to create another protein bar. We wanted to build something people genuinely crave, with ingredients you recognize and no artificial colors or flavors.”

Product Specifications

HEYBAR contains 14 grams of plant-based protein, 6 grams of fiber, and 5 grams of sugar per bar, according to the press release. Each bar is gluten free and includes 21 essential nutrients from a plant nutrient blend. It is formulated without the nine major food allergens, although it is manufactured in a facility that processes at least one of them.

Launch flavors include Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Sea Salt, and Lemon. Retail expansion is planned through Summer 2026.

HEYNU positions itself as a lifestyle and nutrition brand targeting everyday on-the-go consumption.
