Creators In Fashion Announces Full Lineup With The Try Guys, Safiya Nygaard For Oct. 9 Runway Event

Lunar X and Theorist unveil the complete creator lineup for Creators in Fashion, the premium creator fashion event scheduled for October 9 at VidSummit in Dallas. The event will be hosted by MatPat, co-founder of Theorist and a content creator with 1.6 million Instagram followers, and Amy Roberts, Creative Director and Host of Style Theory, who has 2.8 million YouTube subscribers.

Marina Mogilko, HopeScope, Safiya Nygaard, Evan and Katelyn, Samantha Zazz, Queen Tofu, Santi Massa, Jessica Crafternoon, and The Stupendium join previously announced participants, including The Try Guys, Mia Maples, POPFLEX, and others, for the event. The combined roster represents over 100 million subscribers across platforms, with creators such as Nygaard (10.2M YouTube subscribers), POPFLEX’s Cassey Ho Vinh (10.7M), and Sydney Morgan (9.5M YouTube, 10M TikTok), bringing massive audiences.

“What we’re building is more than just a runway,” Roberts said in a statement. “Our lineup shows that creators are redefining fashion and commerce in ways that go far beyond their content.”

The runway show will stream globally through Style Theory, with live shopping capabilities powered by YouTube and Shopify.

Interactive Format Merges Content and Commerce

The Try Guys will make their modeling debut at the event, attempting high-fashion runway walks in real-time. Led by founders Keith Habersberger and Zach Kornfeld, The Try Guys bring 7.9M YouTube subscribers and more than 5 billion lifetime views to the event. Creator Warehouse presents designs for Linus Tech Tips, whose founder, Linus Sebastian, serves as Chief Vision Officer of Creator Warehouse, focusing on thoughtfully designed, functional merchandise rather than simply branding existing products.

“Creators in Fashion is the perfect place for us to try our hand at modeling in front of our fellow creators and the world,” said Habersberger. “We love an epic finale to our videos, and this will provide the perfect setting.”

TheoryWear Makes Runway Debut

The event will mark the first runway presentation for TheoryWear, part of Theorist’s new e-commerce platform TheoryVerse, which launches September 19. Featured collections include the Winter Indoors Collection, Film & Game Capsule Collection, and a preview of Poppy Playtime x TheoryVerse, a collaboration with Mob Entertainment.

“TheoryVerse is more than the store launch; it’s the connective tissue between our content and our community’s everyday lives,” said Anthony Smith, Lunar X Head of Commerce.

Event Builds on Theorist’s Growth

Creators in Fashion reflects Theorist’s continued growth. Founded in 2012 by MatPat and Stephanie Patrick with Game Theory, the company expanded to include Film Theory (2014), Food Theory (2020), and Style Theory (2023). Style Theory gained 2.5 million subscribers in its first year under Amy Roberts’ creative direction. Lunar X acquired Theorist in 2022, supporting new initiatives including product lines and the upcoming TheoryVerse e-commerce platform.

The fashion event, sponsored by Uscreen, Cookie Finance, .store, and Motion Society, will reach more than 1,000 creators attending VidSummit, as well as a global audience through the livestream.

VidSummit 2025 will run from October 7 to 9 in Dallas, co-owned by digital strategist Derral Eves, YouTube creator MrBeast, and Shonduras. Tickets are available here.
