Creator Agency Fixated Names Mary Murcko Chief Revenue Officer

Fixated, a creator-focused talent agency and production company, has hired media industry veteran Mary Murcko as its Chief Revenue Officer, tasking her with overseeing the company’s global revenue organization, including brand partnerships, direct media sales, podcast sales, and clipping operations, per Variety.

Murcko reports to Fixated CEO and founding partner Zach Katz and President and co-founder Jason Wilhelm. She joins after holding senior business and revenue roles at digital media companies including theSkimm, Fullscreen and Catch+Release, as well as traditional publishers Condé Nast, Gannett and Rodale.

“Mary is exactly the kind of executive we look for at Fixated: strategic, entrepreneurial and relentlessly focused on growth,” Katz said in a statement. “She has repeatedly built modern revenue organizations, expanded commercial partnerships and helped media businesses evolve during periods of transformation. As we continue scaling our platform at Fixated, Mary’s leadership and experience will help us create even more opportunities for creators, brands and advertising partners.”

Wilhelm said Murcko’s background positions her to serve both sides of Fixated’s business. “Mary understands both the needs of today’s creators and the expectations of the world’s leading advertisers,” he said. “Her experience building innovative commercial organizations across digital media and the Creator Economy will help us deepen our relationships with brands and agencies while creating new opportunities for our creators to grow sustainable, long-term businesses.”

“I’m excited to join Fixated at such a pivotal moment for the Creator Economy,” Murcko said. “The company has built an incredibly differentiated platform that brings together talent, content, distribution and monetization in ways that create meaningful value for creators and brands.”

Formally launched in 2024 by Katz and Wilhelm, Fixated has built out both its talent roster and its executive bench. The company hired Skyler Spooner and Britt Rivera, formerly of CAA and Evolved, respectively, as vice presidents of talent in June, part of a push beyond management into content production, distribution and monetization. That buildout has been backed by Eldridge Industries, which invested $10 million in Fixated in March 2025 and expanded its commitment to $50 million by that December.

Fixated has also grown through acquisition, picking up Roblox-focused talent agency Ellify in January, creator monetization platform Elevate in March and Studio71’s North American business from ProSiebenSat.1 in April, bringing its combined creator roster to more than 1,000 creators.
