Fixated Taps Agents From CAA, Evolved as VPs of Talent
Creator-focused management company Fixated has hired Skyler Spooner and Britt Rivera as Vice Presidents of Talent, drawing from talent agencies CAA and Evolved as the company moves to expand beyond management into content production, distribution, and monetization, per Variety.
Spooner previously served as a talent agent at both UTA and CAA, where he represented creators in gaming and entertainment. At Fixated, he will work with creators and other intellectual-property holders to move their content off platforms and support business growth.
Rivera previously served as a senior talent agent at Evolved, where she specialized in influencer, gaming, and esports creators and worked with brands on entering the gaming market. She will maintain a gaming focus at Fixated and continue representing Twitch streamer Lydia Violet.
“The next generation of entertainment companies will be built by creators,” Zach Katz, Fixated’s CEO and co-founder, said in a statement. “Our job is to give them the infrastructure, strategy, and opportunities to scale beyond any single platform. Skyler and Britt understand how to help creators transform audiences into businesses, intellectual property into franchises, and influence into long-term enterprise value. Their expertise makes Fixated even better positioned to serve the most ambitious creators.”
Fixated, founded in 2024 by Katz and Jason Wilhelm, describes itself as an “operating system” for creators and brands, combining representation with content production, monetization, and audience development. Eldridge Industries made an initial $10 million investment in the company in March 2025, expanding its commitment to $50 million in December of that year.
The new hires follow a series of acquisitions. Fixated acquired gaming-focused talent agency Ellify in January 2026 in a seven-figure deal, creator monetization platform Elevate in March 2026, and Studio71’s North American business from German media company ProSiebenSat.1 in April 2026, bringing its combined creator roster to more than 1,000 talent representatives. The company has said it plans to continue pursuing acquisitions.
