Fixated Acquires Studio71 U.S. From ProSiebenSat.1, Expanding Creator Network to 1,000+ Creators
Creator management company Fixated has acquired Studio71’s North American business from German media company ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, bringing the combined platform’s creator roster to more than 1,000 talent and adding one of the top 10 U.S. podcast networks to Fixated’s portfolio.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Studio71’s operations in German-speaking markets remain part of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group.
Scale and Scope
Studio71 U.S., originally founded in 2011 as Collective Digital Studio, joined ProSiebenSat.1 in 2015. ProSiebenSat.1 reports that the business generated €246 million in revenue during fiscal year 2025, supporting creators across social media management, video content syndication, production, and content monetization.
Fixated was founded in 2023 by Zach Katz, formerly president of FaZe Clan, and Jason Wilhelm, co-founder of TikTok creator management company TalentX. The company operates an in-house studio and a distribution network spanning thousands of clipping and content endpoints.
The combined Fixated-Studio71 network spans YouTube, TikTok, Snap, Twitch, and additional platforms, with billions of monthly views across the portfolio. Leadership from both companies is driving integration over the next 90 days.
Strategic Rationale
For ProSiebenSat.1, the divestiture sharpens the German broadcaster’s focus on its entertainment business in the DACH region. As a result of the sale, the company updated its revenue outlook for the current financial year, projecting a moderate decline in Group revenues from the 2025 base of €3,675 million.
On an organic basis, adjusted for currency effects and portfolio changes, ProSiebenSat.1 continues to expect slight revenue growth, along with a strong increase in EBITDA and stable net financial debt.
Adam Boorstin, co-CEO of Studio71, said the deal positions the company to accelerate growth across content production, distribution, and monetization. Matt Crowley, also co-CEO of Studio71, cited expanded opportunities for creators in advertising-supported revenue streams.
For Fixated, the acquisition represents the most notable transaction in a series of deals executed since Eldridge Industries committed $50 million to the company in December 2025, building on an initial $10 million investment from March of that year.
“We built it,” said Katz. “Fixated is the only company in the space with the end-to-end infrastructure to take a creator from first upload to nine-figure business without ever leaving the building. With Studio71 inside the tent, the company now operates with a scale, depth, and integrated capability set that the market has never seen.”
Wilhelm pointed to creator demand for diversified income as a driver of the transaction: “Studio71’s talent and brand depth plus Fixated’s distribution and monetization engine creates leverage no independent agency, network, or studio can replicate.”
Fixated’s acquisitions include gaming-focused talent agency Ellify, acquired in January 2026 in a seven-figure deal, and creator monetization platform Elevate, acquired in March 2026.
The company said it will continue pursuing acquisitions across the Creator Economy following the Studio71 transaction.
