NAB Show Launches Content Creator VIP Program Ahead of 2026 Event
The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has launched a Content Creator VIP Program for its 2026 NAB Show, offering a curated group of digital creators an elevated experience at the annual Las Vegas event, scheduled for April 18-22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The program provides selected creators with exclusive discounts, free two-year access to the Show Floor and Newsroom, and VIP access to programming, including the expanded Creator Lab in Central Hall. Participants will also receive invitations to networking events with other creators, exhibitors, and partners across the media and entertainment ecosystem, along with resources aimed at helping creators grow, monetize, and scale their careers.
NAB developed the program with input from its Creator Council, which the organization first announced at the 2025 show. The council brings together influential creators and thought leaders to provide strategic guidance to NAB in support of the Creator Economy. Founding members include Dylan Huey, CEO of REACH; Shira Lazar, founder and CEO of “What’s Trending” and “Creators 4 Mental Health”; Nicki Sun, CEO and Creative Director of Nicki Sun Media; photographer and filmmaker Travis W Keyes; and Blair Imani, creator and host of “Smarter in Seconds.”
Karen Chupka, EVP of Global Connections and Events at NAB, connects the new program to broader shifts in content production and distribution. “The Creator Economy is now a driving force across the industry,” Chupka said in a press release. “It’s reshaping how content is produced, distributed, and monetized. The Content Creator VIP Program ensures NAB Show is not only reflecting that shift, but also actively bringing creators into the center of the industry’s most important conversations.”
NAB also stated that the initiative supports the show’s goal of attracting first-time attendees, particularly creators, entrepreneurs, and next-generation storytellers. At the 2025 NAB Show, 53% of the 55,000 registered attendees were first-time participants, with 26% traveling from outside the U.S.
The 2026 NAB Show runs April 18-22, with exhibits open April 19-22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
