Primetag, an influencer marketing analytics and ROI measurement company, announced the launch of Universe, an AI-powered conversational assistant for influencer marketing professionals, per ChannelX. 

The new tool draws from a database of over 20 million influencers and over three billion content pieces across 55 countries in over 40 languages.

The platform integrates into marketing team workflows, providing instant answers to complex questions and generating analyses and reports within seconds. Universe enables teams to find influencer matches, automate campaign reporting, monitor brand reputation, gather competitive intelligence, and identify emerging trends.

“I’ve witnessed firsthand that simple reports, like competitor tracking, can take teams up to two months to deliver if done manually. Getting a shortlist of creators can take days after a brief is sent,” Manuel Albuquerque, CEO and co-founder of Primetag, said in a statement.

Early Adoption and Results

Several European brands, including Dentsu, Mango, Calzedonia, Parfois, and El Corte Ingles have already piloted Universe. According to Primetag, the tool has helped leading influencer marketing teams increase their productivity by 90 times in campaign management and reporting.

Natália Cortazar, founder of the Good Egg agency, reported: “Universe has reduced our workload considerably by accelerating reporting, scouting, and trend analysis, enabling us to deliver quicker and more accurate insights.”

This launch follows Primetag’s October 2024 introduction of its Influence to Store Analytics solution in the UK, which connects influencer activity with e-commerce sales and physical store visits.
