Podscribe Expands Cross-Platform Analytics with Spotify Video Modeling, Enhanced Reporting Features

Podscribe has introduced new features to address cross-platform measurement challenges in podcast advertising as video content grows in importance across the medium.

The new Spotify Video performance modeling and flexible reporting controls expand Podscribe’s cross-platform analytics capabilities. The update delivers a unified audience dashboard that consolidates reporting across RSS, Spotify Video, YouTube, and Rumble.

The Spotify video features include view counting for campaigns and performance modeling based on RSS audio ad performance, similar to the company’s existing YouTube modeling. Podscribe also integrates Spotify Video views into its Publisher & Show Ranker.

“There hasn’t been a convenient way to account for Spotify video in campaigns—until now,” Pete Birsinger, CEO of Podscribe, said in a press release. “This update closes a key visibility gap and reflects our commitment to supporting how real audiences consume podcasts today.”

The platform has also added two reporting enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce friction:

  • Column selection: Users can select specific metrics when generating reports
  • Time zone selection: Individual Conversions reports can be adjusted to preferred time zones

These features help surface relevant data, streamline reporting, and reduce repetitive formatting steps.

Building on Recent Platform Growth

The release follows several recent enhancements, including TransUnion Audience Reporting with over 560 household-level audience segments, International Research covering six countries outside the U.S., and an Automated Pixel Distribution Feature.

Podscribe’s Q3 2024 Performance Benchmarks report, which analyzed 63,000 podcast campaigns, found that high-quality ad reads achieve over 50% better performance than lower-scored advertisements, with mid-roll placements outperforming pre-roll and post-roll positions.
