GRIN Launches AI Assistant Built Specifically For Creator Marketers

GRIN has introduced Gia (GRIN Intelligent Assistant), an AI solution designed specifically for creator marketers. Fully integrated into GRIN’s creator management platform, Gia leverages over a decade of proprietary data to streamline creator marketing workflows.

As 91% of brands now use AI for creator marketing, Gia aims to help brands work more efficiently. According to GRIN, early adopters report completing tasks that previously took hours or days in just minutes, freeing time for relationship building and campaign development.

“Most AI tools today are plug-ins, focused on form over function. Gia is built differently,” Ryan Debenham, CEO of GRIN, said in an announcement. “She’s not just suggesting what to do next — she’s actually doing it, giving creator marketers more time for the human work that matters.”

Gia interfaces with all aspects of creator programs, including:

  • Finding appropriate creators without extensive manual searching
  • Automating personalized outreach communications
  • Suggesting fair creator compensation based on industry trends
  • Streamlining the onboarding process
  • Managing performance and retention of high-performing creators

The AI assistant complements GRIN’s recently launched integration tools, including Social Listening for tracking brand mentions and Affiliate Hub for managing performance partnerships.

Platform Integration Strategy

GRIN’s approach aligns with its broader strategy of connecting previously isolated data streams. Debenham explained this integration vision in a recent interview with Net Influencer: “If you look at the cost of using a social listening tool plus an affiliate tool plus a platform, that gets quite expensive. As a part of GRIN, we’re building into the GRIN packages a very generous amount of content tracking that just comes as a part of our existing package.”

The company positions Gia as an adaptive assistant that learns how creator marketers work, fitting into existing workflows like a teammate. GRIN is currently providing limited access to Gia while working with select partners to fine-tune the system.

GRIN’s client roster includes brands such as SKIMS, Rhode, and GoPro.
