Creator Economy Event Calendar – June 1, 2026 – MAD//Fest, Open Sauce, Affiliate World Europe, and More

June and July 2026 bring a mix of virtual and in-person events targeting Creator Economy professionals, social media marketers, affiliate and e-commerce practitioners, children’s media professionals, and legal professionals advising the Influencer Marketing industry. Events span the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Hungary, and Zambia, ranging from a curated off-the-record networking session in Toronto and two legal and governance webinars to a maker-culture festival in the San Francisco Bay Area and a major marketing festival bringing together more than 15,000 brands and agencies in London.

Off The Record

Narcity Media Group hosts a curated, off-the-record networking session for creators, brands, and marketers focused on content and Influencer Marketing in Canada. The event uses an unconference format: attendees submit discussion questions on-site, the Narcity team selects the most relevant, and small groups form around each topic with question submitters helping moderate. No panels or presentations are included. Registration is subject to host approval.

Africa Creative Market (ACM) 2026

The Africa Creative Market (ACM), the Creative Industry Business Summit (CIBS) Zambia 2026, and the Kwimbo National Arts Festival jointly present Creative Convergence, the ACM’s five-year milestone flagship event in Lusaka. The 2026 theme is “Where Creativity, Technology & Collaboration Harness Global Greatness.” The event runs across two venues: the main programming phase takes place at Mulungushi International Conference Centre from June 29 through July 2, followed by a two-day continuation at Polo B, Lusaka Showgrounds on July 3-4. Children’s Media Conference (CMC) 2026

The Children’s Media Conference (CMC) convenes in Sheffield for its annual three-day gathering for professionals in children’s television, radio, film, games, interactive media, publishing, licensing, toys, arts and culture, and educational media. The 2026 theme is “Finding the Funding, Finding the Audience,” with programming covering new funding routes, audience engagement, commissioner priorities, international co-production, and policy advocacy. MAD//Fest London returns for three days as a marketing festival for brand and agency professionals. The 2026 theme is “The Human Touch,” examining the role of human creativity alongside AI and technology in marketing. Programming includes keynote speakers, masterclasses, brand innovation pitches, networking, experiential activations, and evening entertainment. Confirmed speakers include Louis Theroux. The event targets more than 15,000 brands and agencies.

Affiliate World Europe 2026

Affiliate World Europe convenes in Budapest for two days targeting affiliate marketers and e-commerce entrepreneurs. The event is part of the Affiliate World Conference series, which also holds editions in the Americas (Cancun, Mexico, September 7-8, 2026) and Asia (Bangkok, Thailand, December 9-10, 2026). The series reports more than 21,000 attendees, 100-plus speakers, and participation from 110-plus countries annually.

Open Sauce 2026

Open Sauce describes itself as a festival for people who make things, featuring 500-plus unique exhibits including homemade robots, backyard innovations, and maker technology.
