YouTube’s Super Bowl LX Flag Football Game Draws 14M Live Views, Doubling Previous Year
The NFL and YouTube‘s Super Bowl LX Flag Football Game attracted over 14 million live views, more than double the audience from the previous year’s event in New Orleans, according to an official blog post.
Team J Balvin defeated Team Druski in the matchup, which featured Cam Newton and Michael Vick as quarterbacks and coaching from Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders and Ryan Clark. Fans watched the game on the NFL’s YouTube channel or through simulcasts on participating players’ YouTube channels.
The Super Bowl LX marked YouTube’s third flag football collaboration with the NFL, following previous games in London and at Super Bowl LIX. The partnership will continue with flag football games scheduled for the next two Super Bowls.
The collaboration comes as NFL-related content on YouTube accumulated more than 20 billion views in 2025, according to YouTube’s Culture & Trends Report. NFL video content on the platform grew 250% in annual global views from 2020 to 2025.
Year-Round Engagement Strategy

Annual global uploads of NFL-related videos increased by over 400% between 2020 and 2025, according to YouTube data.

Among Gen Z sports fans, 56% watch or engage with sports commentary and analysis from creators or fans weekly or more often, according to the study.
