TikTok held its inaugural Creator Day event in Pakistan, bringing together content creators for educational programming focused on platform tools and online safety, according to The Express Tribune.

The program targeted creators working in entertainment, sports, food, and learning content categories. TikTok structured the event around workshops, panel discussions, and one-on-one meetings with platform staff, covering content quality, audience engagement strategies, and navigating platform features.

The event focused on responsible content creation practices, TikTok’s safety features, and approaches to building sustainable creator careers. Sessions covered effective use of TikTok’s creative tools and methods for aligning content with audience preferences and platform trends.

“Creator Day reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in the growth of Pakistan’s creator community,” Umais Naveed, Content Operations Lead, South Asia at TikTok, said in a statement. “By providing practical learning opportunities and direct access to our team, we aim to equip creators with the tools, insights, and confidence they need to produce meaningful, responsible, and high-quality content.”

Naveed added that the event acknowledged the creators’ impact and gathered community feedback to inform platform development.

Dr. Daniyal, an attending creator, described the experience as energizing and said the sessions introduced techniques for elevating content quality and impact.

Sports content creator Saria Khan noted that the event reinforced the role of digital platforms in advancing women’s presence in sports. “Sharing space with creators reminded me that storytelling isn’t just content – it’s representation, visibility, and power,” Khan said.
