Creator Television Expands Roster With Three Popular Comedy Creators
Creator Television, a creator-led streaming network and content studio, has expanded its roster by signing content creators Lenarr Young, Daphnique Springs, and Julie Nolke. The new signings join existing talent Jenny Lorenzo and Uncle Roger as part of the network’s primary creator lineup.
Among Creator TV’s new programming additions are “Making It Weird” with Lenarr Young, “Daphnique Springs Single Female,” and “Julie’s Fine, Everything’s Fine” with Julie Nolke.
The streaming network, which launched in January, reports considerable growth in its first six months of operation. According to company data, Creator TV saw a 95% increase in Total Minutes Viewed and a 111% increase in Total Sessions from Q1 to Q2 2025. Overall viewership has increased by 300% across all platforms.
“Adding these incredibly talented content creators to our tentpole creators positions us to bring the world’s best social stars to living rooms across the country and beyond,” Joe Ochoa, co-founder and General Manager at Creator TV, said in a press release.
Initially available only on Plex, Creator TV has secured additional distribution deals with Sling Freestream, Anoki LiveTVx, Xumo Play, and, most recently, Amazon Fire TV Channels in July. The network now reaches more than 65 million viewers worldwide.
The platform has received industry recognition, including being named “Most Innovative Newcomer” by the ITVT Awards in June and becoming a finalist for “FAST Channel of the Year” at the StreamTV Awards the same month.
Creator Value
The expansion onto television platforms provides creators with more than just licensing revenue. According to a Digiday report, CTV presence enables creators to reach new audiences and negotiate with higher-tier advertisers.
“Having content on CTV gives me the ability to offer brands something more premium and not just social buzz,” Lorenzo said in a statement. She plans to increase her sponsorship rates as a result of appearing on connected TV devices. “It’s a chance to live alongside shows people are watching on TV. That kind of placement naturally raises the value of a campaign.”
“It allows you to talk to more premium brands,” said Courtney Hirsch, CEO of creator collective Jomboy Media, which recently signed a licensing deal with Tubi. The CTV presence “is a value-add that we talk about to lock in these premium, one-year or multi-year sponsorships.”
Creator TV is operated by Sabio Holdings, a technology and services company specializing in the ad-supported streaming space.
