Creator Economy Job Radar – May 5, 2026 – Nintendo, 2K Games, and Kraken Lead Hiring as Gaming, Crypto, and Beauty Brands Scale Creator Programs

Creator Economy and Influencer Marketing hiring spans gaming publishers, crypto platforms, talent management firms, social commerce platforms, beauty brands, and digital agencies in this inaugural issue. Building on the enterprise momentum established by Amazon, Google, and Warner Music Group in recent months, Nintendo of America and 2K Games are adding senior-level creator roles, while crypto exchange Kraken and sales platform Apollo.io seek brand partnership and influencer managers. 

Live commerce platform Whatnot is staffing its paid influencer program on a contract basis, beauty brands OLAPLEX, BK Beauty, and SharkNinja are expanding creator and social operations, and gaming-focused firms Night and GameSquare are adding influencer leadership and coordinator capacity.

Influencer Marketing Manager

Nintendo of America, Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Nintendo of America seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead earned influencer strategy for the company’s portfolio of franchises, including “Mario,” “The Legend of Zelda,” and “Animal Crossing.” The role involves designing experiential and community-based creator activations and events, managing agency partners, and collaborating with Communications, Social Marketing, and PR teams on celebrity marketing and cross-functional initiatives. 

Requirements include a minimum of six years of related experience in communications, public relations, Influencer Marketing, or social media, along with budget management experience and direct report management experience. 

Base pay range: $117,400-$211,300, with a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Senior Manager, Influencer

2K Games, Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

2K Games, a wholly owned label of Take-Two Interactive, seeks a Senior Manager of Influencer and Talent to develop influencer strategy for its sports titles, including NBA 2K and WWE 2K.
