Weekly Creator Economy Job Radar – April 21st, 2026 – Amazon, TikTok, Warner Music Lead Hiring Across Content, Influencer and Creator Partnership Roles

This month’s Creator Economy hiring is led by enterprise platforms and major media companies, with Amazon, TikTok, and Warner Music Group posting roles that span content distribution strategy, platform operations, and global creator partnerships. Following March activity that included Amazon’s principal-level creator business development hire and Google’s YouTube creator solutions search, April’s listings reflect continued expansion at the enterprise tier alongside growth in fashion and beauty brand participation, with Savage X Fenty and Tarte Cosmetics each adding influencer-focused roles. Beast Industries posts a senior brand strategy position supporting MrBeast’s multi-platform partnership business, Roc Nation and Viral Nation add openings in influencer strategy and talent representation, and Dentsu Creative expands its influencer team in Los Angeles.

Content Growth Lead, Creator Partnerships

Amazon, New York, NY, or Culver City, CA (On-site)

Amazon’s Creator Services team seeks a Content Growth Lead to build and scale content distribution strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Amazon’s owned platforms for creator partners, including New Heights, Mind The Game, Baby This Is Keke Palmer, and Armchair Expert. The role involves leading a team to develop platform-specific expertise, transform manual workflows into automated solutions, and partner with Creator Ad Partnerships to support monetization and sponsorship goals. 

Requirements include 10+ years of experience building and leading large teams, 7+ years in digital content distribution or Creator Economy operations, and a proven track record executing multi-platform distribution strategies that drive audience growth. 

Base salary range is $193,700-$262,000 annually in Culver City and $213,000-$288,200 in New York, plus sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.

Creator Operations Manager, TikTok Local Services

TikTok, Los Angeles, CA (On-site)

TikTok’s Local Services division seeks a Creator Operations Manager to oversee lifestyle creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows across food, travel, and lifestyle verticals. The role involves developing strategies to drive creator growth and monetization, managing partnerships and platform compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale creator programs. 

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of operations experience, and strong data analysis and cross-functional coordination capabilities; experience in lifestyle business is preferred. 

Base salary range is $88,920-$209,380 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses, restricted stock units, and day-one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) with company match. 

Associate Director, Creator Partnerships

Warner Music Group, Los Angeles, CA (On-site, minimum 4 days/week)

Warner Music Group’s Global Brand and Audience team seeks an Associate Director to lead and execute creator strategy for its global catalog of artists across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. The role involves managing the Creator Partnerships team, sourcing creators directly and through agencies, leading high-level negotiations with key agency partners, and providing senior-level consultation to campaign leads on content integration and artist narrative alignment. 

Requirements include 6+ years of progressive experience in social media management or creator relations, with an executive track record developing creator strategies across short-form video platforms; music or entertainment industry experience is preferred. 

Salary range is $95,000-$105,000 annually. 

Senior Brand Strategist

Beast Industries (MrBeast), New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA (Contract)

Beast Industries, the media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, seeks a Senior Brand Strategist to lead pitch design, RFP strategy, and deal handover for multi-platform brand partnerships. The role involves leading cross-functional creative brainstorms, designing client decks in Google Slides, overseeing pricing and margin considerations for custom integrations, and presenting strategic concepts to C-suite executives.

Requirements include 8-10 (or more) years in strategy or planning at a digital publisher, social platform, or creative agency, with proven leadership on seven-figure multi-platform integrated marketing deals and deep fluency in YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram advertising ecosystems. 

Total target compensation ranges from $135,700-$170,200, including a fixed annual salary of $118,000-$148,000, equity, bonus, and comprehensive benefits. 

Specialist, Influencer Strategy

Roc Nation Distribution seeks a Specialist to design and execute influencer strategies that promote its artists and music projects across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube through paid and organic partnerships. The role involves building and maintaining creator and agency relationships aligned with album releases, singles, and music video launches, managing day-to-day campaign execution from briefing through delivery, and providing trend insights for Gen Z audiences. 

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in influencer or digital marketing with a significant portion in entertainment, music, or sports, and strong analytical skills.

Talent Agent (Influencer)

Viral Nation, a global creator agency, seeks a Talent Agent to discover and sign large influencers, represent their business and brand interests, and secure brand partnerships across its influencer talent agency division. The role involves presenting and assisting with growth strategies for influencer clients, seeking opportunities including TV and film casting, app partnerships, and creator collaborations, and staying current on influencer marketing trends. 

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management or representation of social media influencers or celebrities, 2+ years professionally managing brand partnerships at an agency, and an existing deep network of social media talent. 

Salary range is $80,000-$100,000 annually.

Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing

Tarte Cosmetics seeks a Senior Manager to support and execute influencer marketing strategy, leading creator casting, contract negotiations, and agency relationship management within the beauty influencer ecosystem. The role involves identifying and briefing influencer partners across all tiers, overseeing gifting strategy and community-building initiatives, and collaborating with social, brand, digital, and PR teams to integrate influencer programming into broader brand moments. 

Requirements include 7-8 (or more) years of experience in influencer marketing, with beauty industry experience strongly preferred, and proven expertise in casting creators and managing talent partnerships.

Manager, Influencer Marketing

Dentsu Creative seeks a Manager to support influencer strategy development and own program delivery across multiple clients and categories from strategy approval through reporting. The role involves creating and presenting influencer partner recommendations and campaign briefs, negotiating influencer partnerships, managing campaign timelines, overseeing influencer invoicing and billing, and managing campaigns in the CreatorIQ platform. 

Requirements include 2-4 years of applicable experience with agency experience preferred, strong project management skills, and prior experience with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ or Captiv8.

Influencer Marketing Coordinator

The role involves sourcing and vetting UGC creators across TikTok and Instagram, managing creator relationships, rates, and contracts, developing creative briefs, coordinating product fulfillment logistics, and overseeing the full content production pipeline from deadlines through final delivery. 

Requirements include 2+ years managing UGC, influencer, or creator partnerships with agency experience preferred, strong written communication, and familiarity with DTC eCommerce brands and paid social creative on Meta and TikTok.

Talent Coordinator (Influencer Management)

Collide Talent, Nashville, TN (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Collide Talent, a Nashville-based artist and influencer management company founded in January 2025, seeks a Talent Coordinator to support ownership across administrative, operational, and creative responsibilities. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, sending and tracking contracts and content related to client operations, logging financial transactions and invoices, and assisting with client media kits and company social media content using Canva. 

Requirements include 1+ years of relevant administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets, and Canva, and a location in the greater Nashville area; up to 10% domestic travel may be required. 

Salary range is $48,000-$55,000 annually, with health benefits, a cell phone stipend, a laptop, and a hybrid work arrangement.
