Cartex Launches New Creator Hub In Dubai
Cartex, a fintech marketplace, has opened its Middle East headquarters in Dubai, UAE, with a dedicated Creator Hub at its core. The new facility serves as a key operations center for the company’s presence across MENA, APAC, and Europe.
Strategic Location Choice
The headquarters, located in Dubai Internet City alongside tech giants Microsoft and Cisco, positions Cartex in a region emerging as a creator economy hotspot. Dubai’s thriving fintech sector and access to a global talent pool were cited as primary factors in the location decision.
“Our vision at Cartex goes beyond just payment solutions — we are building the future of digital finance,” Cartex founder Murad Salikhov said in a press release. “Our innovative payment solutions help businesses and creators grow, and this new Dubai HQ is a big step toward that goal.”
Creator Hub Facilities
The Creator Hub offers purpose-built spaces for digital content producers to create, collaborate, and share ideas. The facility includes a creator’s academy to support emerging talent, reinforcing Cartex’s mission to help transform creativity into financial success.
This development aligns with Dubai’s broader ambitions to become a global creator economy center. The UAE government’s Creators HQ project aims to attract 10,000 creators to relocate to the country, offering incentives including a 10-year Golden Visa program that eliminates tax and residency barriers.
Cartex plans to host industry events and creative initiatives in the coming months, further developing an ecosystem for creators and industry professionals within its new Dubai HQ.
The expansion follows Cartex’s recent partnership with fraud detection platform Vesta, brokered by Schwarzwald Capital in October 2024.
