Talent Manager US

Shine's talent managers make sure the campaigns their talent take on go off without a hitch. In this role, you negotiate the best possible rate, secure campaign agreements, see campaigns through execution and strategize for the talent on your roster. You'll proactively pitch talent to brands, meet or exceed personal and talent billing goals, and establish yourself as an expert brands and agencies can rely on.

What you would be doing

• Support company growth projects, help onboard and train new team members, lead team status on a rotating basis
• Cast and manage a roster of 10 to 12 talent, ensure they meet billing targets, respond to incoming outreach, proactively pitch talent to brands and agencies, negotiate rates, and review content against campaign briefs
• Expand Shine's network with new brand and agency partners and proactively cast for experienced and emerging talent
• Keep Shine's internal filing system and campaign management tool up to date

We would be impressed if you

• Have experience managing talent and/or campaigns
• Really understand the influencer marketing space and spot trends early
• Know what it's like to work in an agency or for a fast-paced brand
• Are familiar with the podcast space and understand how PR and talent management intersect

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in talent or campaign management
• Strong communication skills, organization, and proactive thinking
• Passion for social media and digital marketing

Compensation

• Salary: 70,000 USD
• Work from home and cellphone allowance, health care benefits, commission eligibility, 10 days vacation plus 4 PTO and 2 wellness days, retention bonus

Fully remote, must be based in the U.S. market.
