Surfer Network has appointed digital audio executive Matt Kellogg as Senior Vice President of North American Sales Strategy, adding a new leadership role as the company expands its streaming, podcasting and audio advertising business.

In the newly created position, Kellogg will oversee strategic sales initiatives across North America. His responsibilities include driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships and strengthening Surfer Network’s technology and monetization platform for broadcasters, podcasters, publishers and advertisers.

Kellogg joins Surfer Network from SoundStack, where he served as VP of Sales & Business Development. During his tenure there, he launched the company’s platform business division. He brings more than 20 years of experience in streaming audio, podcasting, advertising technology, and enterprise business development, having worked with major broadcasters and media organizations on podcast content management systems, streaming content delivery infrastructure, and advertising technology.
