Fox Corporation’s streaming division Tubi announces a key hiring initiative for its recently launched Tubi for Creators program. 

The company seeks a Senior Manager of Creator Partnerships to scale its creator-focused offerings across its platform, which currently serves over 100 million monthly active users

The position, based in either Los Angeles or New York in a hybrid work arrangement, focuses on identifying, sourcing, and closing partnerships directly with creators, talent agencies, and content distributors. The senior manager will also handle ongoing partner management, including onboarding, joint marketing efforts, and performance analysis.

Candidates must possess at least six years of experience in the creator economy, digital media, streaming, or content partnerships, with a minimum of three years directly in the creator economy. The role requires deep understanding of creator needs, video monetization strategies, and community engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

Tubi offers an annual salary range of $155,400 to $222,000 for this position in California, New York City, Westchester County, NY, and Seattle, WA. The role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits.
