MrBeast Partners With Naruto Shippuden For Limited-Edition Merchandise Collection
YouTube creator MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has launched a merchandise collaboration with the anime franchise “Naruto Shippuden” in partnership with VIZ Media, the Japanese pop culture publisher that manages the “Naruto” franchise. The partnership represents a two-year development effort between the creator and the media company.
The limited-edition line includes apparel items such as T-shirts, jackets, hoodies, baseball caps, and sweaters featuring MrBeast branding alongside “Naruto Shippuden” characters.
The partnership extends beyond merchandise, with fan activations scheduled throughout the year.
“This is a full-circle moment for me,” Donaldson said in the announcement. “I grew up watching Naruto. It’s a story about starting from nothing, working hard, and never quitting. Those themes shaped how I think about creating and building. Partnering with Naruto is honestly surreal.”
Simon Chin, Senior Manager of Business Development at VIZ Media, said the collaboration aligns with both brands’ approaches to audience engagement. “MrBeast and Naruto are global forces, each with an unparalleled ability to inspire and engage passionate fandoms,” Chin stated.
MrBeast operates the world’s most-subscribed YouTube channel, with over 460 million subscribers and more than 1 billion followers across social platforms, generating over 6 billion monthly views. His media company, Beast Industries, includes the chocolate brand Feastables and produces “Beast Games” on Amazon Prime Video.
“Naruto Shippuden,” created by Masashi Kishimoto and produced by Studio Pierrot, has sold over 250 million manga copies globally since its 1999 debut. The franchise spans manga, anime series, films, and video games.
