Link Management Launches As Digital Creator Talent Firm With 50+ Client Roster
Link Management launches as a digital creator talent firm representing more than 50 creators with a combined reach of more than 60 million followers, per Variety.
Launched by talent management veteran Brooke Meister and investment banker Alex Dochter, the firm began operations in 2025 and positions itself to provide personalized representation that helps talent diversify revenue streams and build long-term careers beyond traditional brand deals.
Link Management’s roster includes social media personality Danielle Walter, NFL Majorette and lifestyle creator Chloe Holladay, viral TikToker Yolanda Diaz, and “Love Island USA” Season 7 cast member Jalen Brown. The client base spans categories including beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and parenting.
Notable creators on the roster include hair and beauty TikToker Alexa Beckford, BookTok personality Brady Lockerby, fitness creator Brynley Joyner, interior designer Caroline Winkler, and skincare content creator Victoria Louie, among others.
Leadership and Operations
Meister and Dochter serve as co-managing directors. Meister focuses on talent strategy and campaign execution, while Dochter oversees infrastructure, finance, and operations, leveraging his investment banking background.
Since launch, Meister has secured deals for Link clients with Sephora Squad and Ulta Beauty Collective. The firm has also assisted with launches of creator-led product lines outside of brand partnerships, according to Variety.
“Link was built to be relationship-driven at its core,” Dochter said in a statement. “We believe the best representation comes from understanding a creator’s goals, protecting their vision, and supporting their growth with transparency and trust at every step.”
Meister described the launch as addressing a gap in the creator economy. “Creators are craving thoughtful, transparent, long-term representation, something that can only exist within a culture that genuinely invests in its managers,” she said.
“At Link, we’ve built a more intentional and sustainable model for talent management, one that prioritizes trust, clear communication, and long-term partnership so creators can grow with confidence,” Meister added.
The firm represents creators across multiple social platforms, with content spanning DIY, cooking, fashion, wellness, and family lifestyle categories.
