Levanta Raises $22M Series B Led by Volition Capital to Expand Creator Affiliate Platform
Levanta, a creator affiliate platform for ecommerce, has raised $22 million in Series B funding led by Volition Capital. Volition previously led Levanta’s $20 million Series A in 2024, and the new round brings Levanta’s total funding to more than $43 million.
The Seattle-based company said in a press release it will use the capital to expand its go-to-market organization and add “dozens” of additional retail marketplaces to its platform, which currently spans Amazon, Walmart and Shopify. Levanta reported 80% year-over-year revenue growth in 2026, expanding from its original focus on Amazon affiliate marketing into what it calls a broader creator commerce platform.
“We’re seeing a broader shift as brands and marketplaces increasingly look to creators and affiliates as measurable drivers of demand beyond their owned channels,” said Larry Cheng, founding partner at Volition Capital. “Levanta has built the infrastructure to connect that demand with commerce at scale, and we believe the opportunity ahead is substantially larger than when we first invested.”
Levanta connects brands with more than 90,000 vetted creators directly, and with millions more across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook through its AI-powered Social Discovery tool. The company has also added automated product sampling, flat-rate creator collaborations with affiliate-level measurement, and integrations with ChatGPT and Claude.
“Every marketplace has thousands of sellers that want more customers, and there are millions of creators and affiliates capable of driving those customers,” said Ian Brodie, Levanta’s CEO and co-founder. “The missing piece is infrastructure that connects the two, handles the economics, and accurately measures what happens.”
Following the raise, Levanta provided cash liquidity to eligible employees, a move Brodie said was intended to let staff realize financial value from the company’s growth while remaining invested in its future.
The round lands in a crowded affiliate and creator-commerce market. Affiliate marketing is projected to drive more than $250 billion in U.S. retail ecommerce sales by 2030, according to eMarketer data, with affiliate-driven sales expected to account for 13.2% of retail ecommerce sales this year. Levanta competes with platforms including LTK, Impact.com and TikTok Shop for a share of that spend. Rival ShopMy raised $70 million in October at a $1.5 billion valuation.
Levanta describes its combined offering as “Creator Commerce Media,” a framing it positions as an extension of retail media into creator-driven demand generation beyond a marketplace’s own properties.
