Influencer Marketing Agency YKONE, Creative Production House MIRROR MIRROR Merge To Form Luxury Brand Marketing Group
Global influencer marketing agency YKONE and creative production house MIRROR MIRROR announced their merger to form ONE, a new visual storytelling marketing group serving luxury brands. The Paris-based entity brings together more than 400 employees across 20 international cities and represents €150 million in revenue.
The merger combines YKONE’s influencer marketing platform with MIRROR MIRROR’s production capabilities. ONE integrates YKONE’s previous acquisitions, including BarCode, an India-focused agency; BOLD, a talent management operation; and CAMPAYGN, a data and performance technology vertical.
In a press release, the companies cite growing demand from brands for creativity and global execution as influencer marketing experiences growth.
“This merger with MIRROR MIRROR marks a turning point in our development,” said Olivier Billon, President of YKONE. “We have long admired their creative approach, which perfectly complements our mastery of influencer marketing and international digital strategy. We first collaborated on a production in Milan in 2021, and the success of that project made us want to continue building together.”
MIRROR MIRROR Operations
MIRROR MIRROR, founded in 2019 by Juliette Lambert and Valentine Suc, operates three entities: Mirror Image, a talent agency; Mirror Mirror, a film production company; and Lovecraft, a production services company. The group works with luxury clients including LVMH, Chanel, Hermès, L’Oréal, and Interparfums, representing photographers, directors, artistic directors, and set designers.
“The integration of MIRROR MIRROR into ONE represents a major strategic milestone for our growth,” Lambert said. “We share the conviction that an integrated approach combining influencer strategy, production and events is now essential to serve brands on a global scale.”
Valentine Suc, partner at MIRROR MIRROR, added: “Joining ONE allows us to embed MIRROR MIRROR’s creative ambitions within an already very strong international dynamic.”
ONE offers brands a combined approach including influencer strategy, creative production, talent management, and performance measurement across its international network spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. The group positions itself as eliminating fragmentation that typically requires brands to work with multiple partners.
YKONE Background
YKONE, founded in 2008 by Billon, specializes in the luxury, fashion, beauty, and travel sectors. According to the press release, the agency has been recognized as “Influencer Marketing Agency of the Year” annually from 2021 to 2024 and appears in the FT 1000 ranking of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
The agency has pursued expansion through strategic acquisitions. In October 2025, YKONE acquired a 25% stake in Swiss Atlas Agency, targeting Switzerland’s influencer marketing sector valued at more than $120 million. In July 2025, YKONE acquired a majority stake in The Digital Prototype (TDP), a Paris-based influencer marketing and talent management firm that merged with Bold Management’s French division.
