Ykone Group Acquires Majority Stake In French Influencer Marketing Company The Digital Prototype
Ykone Group, the parent company of Bold Management talent agency, has acquired a majority stake in The Digital Prototype (TDP), a Paris-based influencer marketing and talent management firm. Financial terms remain undisclosed.
As WWD reports, TDP will merge with and operate under the Bold Management umbrella, representing the agency’s French division. The acquisition aligns with Bold Management’s strategic goal to become Europe’s leading talent management agency.
Robin Martin-Chave, who founded TDP in 2019, and Adeline Verdan, who joined in 2021, will continue to lead operations in France, ensuring continuity for existing talents and clients.
Combined Portfolio Strength
Bold Management, founded in 2018 by Enrico De Finis, currently operates offices across Milan, Madrid, London, Dubai, and Paris. The agency manages over 100 talents through its international team, including notable fashion personalities Veronica Ferraro, Ginevra Mavilla, Mohammed and Humaid Hadban, Ryan Prevedel, and Andrea Faccio.
TDP brings its portfolio of 20 talents to the partnership, including Julie Sergent Ferreri, Estelle Pigault, Maëva De Moura, and Axel Cavecchi. The Paris-based agency executes more than 500 brand campaigns annually.
“We’ve always believed in cross-market synergy and international scale,” De Finis said in a statement. “With TDP, we’re not only expanding geographically — we’re bringing on board a like-minded team with an incredible reputation in the fashion and beauty space.”
This acquisition follows Ykone’s 2021 purchase of a 51% stake in MB New Media Agency, the Milan-based digital communication agency that operated Bold Management.
Beyond Bold Management, Ykone Group operates Campaygn, an in-house data analysis platform. The group plans further international acquisitions to expand its service offerings in the influencer marketing sector.
