G&B Digital Management Signs Four Lifestyle Creators Including Eva Amurri, NYC Real Estate Agent Eric Goldie

G&B Digital Management has signed four lifestyle creators for representation: Eva Amurri, Kellie Brown, Eric Goldie, and Mark O’Brien.

Amurri, founder of the lifestyle blog “Happily Eva After,” has 529,000 social media followers and attracts nearly 2 million visitors annually to her website. The daughter of actress Susan Sarandon and director Franco Amurri previously appeared in films including “Saved!,” “The Life Before Her Eyes,” and “That’s My Boy,” with recurring television roles on “New Girl,” “The Mindy Project,” and “How I Met Your Mother.” Her content has exceeded 14 million video views.

O’Brien, identified as TikTok’s “Brownstone Whisperer,” has accumulated more than 469,000 followers on the platform. His content focuses on real estate, construction, and business, featuring restoration projects such as New York City brownstones, vintage Ford pickups, and Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Brown operates the interior design brand “Deeply Madly Modern,” with 325,000 followers. Her series “Home Decor Homies” combines home tours with conversations and airs on her “Deeply Madly Modern” YouTube channel. Essence magazine recognized her as one of its 25 Most Stylish.

Goldie, ranked the number-one real estate agent on social media for two consecutive years by Property Spark, has built a following of 745,000 across Instagram and TikTok over 13 years. His content covers travel, fashion, and dining, with a focus on the New York City lifestyle.

Strategic Objectives

The four creators aim to expand their social media presence through partnerships and to develop long-term business strategies, according to the announcement.

Amanda Acevedo, Director of Talent for G&B Digital Management, said in a statement: “We believe creators do their best work when they feel free – free to own their brand, their time, and their ideas. That is the kind of next-level growth we are excited to build with Eva, Kellie, Eric, and Mark.”

Kyle Hjelmeseth founded G&B Digital Management in 2015. The Los Angeles-based firm manages more than 100 content creators and has secured approximately $100 million in brand partnerships with companies including Chanel, Dior, Target, Estée Lauder, Walmart, and Disney. The firm’s roster includes photographer David Suh, fashion influencer Hunter Vought, beauty and lifestyle influencer Léanne Ansar, meme creator Cogey, actress Courtney Halverson, and Abram Engle, among others.
