Digital Agency Moburst Lands $11.8M Investment to Deepen AI, Client Services
Moburst, a full-service mobile-first digital marketing agency, has secured an $11.8 million investment from Chrysalis Holdings, LLC, a private investment firm based in Fulton, Maryland. The deal includes an equity stake in Moburst and expanded services for Chrysalis Holdings’ portfolio company NewDay USA, a national mortgage lender serving the veteran community.
The investment builds on a partnership that began in 2023, when Moburst became the agency of record for NewDay USA. Under the expanded arrangement, Moburst will continue providing performance marketing, SEO, and AEO, public relations, social and creative, podcasting, web design and development, AI-powered media buying, and digital transformation services to the lender.
Moburst will also support the acceleration of NewDay USA’s AI transformation and help scale NewDay Home, a program that allows veterans and service members to purchase a home without upfront costs.
“This partnership highlights our strong belief in Moburst’s ability to lead digital transformation,” said Rob Posner, CEO of NewDay USA. “This will directly support our mission of making homeownership more achievable for veterans and service members.”
Funding and Growth Labs
Gilad Bechar, founder and CEO of Moburst, said the capital will go toward developing AI-driven products and expanding the agency’s service offerings. “This investment is a major step forward for us,” Bechar said. “We’re poised to continue delivering breakthrough marketing and communications solutions that will drive growth for both Moburst and NewDay USA.”
The investment follows Moburst’s recent launch of Growth Labs, a proprietary AI innovation unit focused on developing and scaling AI-powered marketing tools across digital platforms, search engines, answer engines, and generative AI technologies.
Chrysalis Holdings focuses on early-stage capital and management services for companies in financial services and direct marketing. NewDay USA is the firm’s largest holding.
