Sprout Social Adds Snapchat Publishing Integration, Enabling Brands to Schedule Stories and Spotlights

Sprout Social has launched a Snapchat publishing integration, making it available to all customers on the same day. The integration allows brands to plan, schedule, and automatically publish Snapchat Stories and Spotlights directly from Sprout’s AI-powered Social Intelligence Platform.

The company announced the launch at Cannes, France, during a panel hosted by Snapchat at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Sprout Social CMO Scott Morris and Snap Inc. CMO Grace Kao held a fireside chat at the event, focused on how brands can earn attention and build a presence on Snapchat. The new capability follows a recent integration of Snapchat into Sprout’s Influencer Marketing product.

Sprout Social cited data showing younger audiences open Snapchat more than 30 times a day on average, creating what the company describes as a high-attention environment between brands and a sought-after audience. Spotlight surfaces short-form content through algorithm-powered discovery, while Stories support candid, time-sensitive storytelling intended to build audience familiarity over time.

“To stay ahead, brands need the infrastructure to show up consistently where their audience’s attention lives, without sacrificing efficiency,” said Morris. “By bringing Snapchat publishing directly into Sprout, we are helping to remove workflow complexity and supporting brands in maintaining a consistent presence across both of those dynamics.”

Integration Features

The integration places Snapchat content management inside Sprout’s central publishing calendar alongside other social channels. Brands use advanced scheduling to maintain a continuous posting cadence and access the platform’s AI Assist feature to generate caption suggestions tailored to brand voice. Setup is self-serve and requires no technical configuration. The Snapchat publishing integration is available on all Sprout Social plans.

Sprout’s Influencer Marketing module now tracks performance across Public Stories, Saved Stories, and Spotlights in a single view, and allows users to run Snapchat influencer campaigns within the platform. Creator discovery tools draw on audience demographic data and Public Stories insights.
