Famous Birthdays Teams Up With Pixability To Connect Advertisers With Rising Creators

Famous Birthdays and tech company Pixability announced a new partnership that integrates the former’s “velocity” data into the latter’s Super Signal Aggregation (SSA) technology. The collaboration aims to help advertisers identify and target emerging creators on YouTube, per Tubefilter.

Since its 2012 launch, Famous Birthdays has tracked creator popularity through internal search traffic from its 25 million monthly unique visitors. The company’s velocity numbers measure search frequency to identify trending creators, having previously spotted the rise of stars like Charli D’Amelio and Addison Rae before they achieved mainstream success.

According to the companies, early adopters of the integrated data have seen conversions rise by 31% and engagement increase by 58% when incorporating “high-velocity” channels identified by Famous Birthdays into Pixability-run campaigns.

“Pixability is a company that believes, as I do, that the future of marketing will be driven by creators,” Famous Birthdays founder Evan Britton said in a statement. “Together, I know we can build a better way to help brands chart their best future on YouTube by leveraging creators that are rising right now.”

Expanding Industry Offerings

This partnership aims to expand Famous Birthdays’ offerings, having previously launched Famous Birthdays Pro in January 2024 to provide data and analytics on rising social media talent to brands, talent agencies, and marketing professionals.

The company’s rankings are “based on user demand and engagement” rather than subjective editorial decisions, according to Britton, who described Famous Birthdays as a “verification layer for the creator economy.”

Meanwhile, Pixability, specializing in AI-driven contextual targeting for YouTube, recently unveiled its GenAI Contextual Segments tool. This technology combines YouTube data with proprietary AI to enhance advertisers’ ability to target specific audiences.

Pixability CEO David George described the Famous Birthdays data as the “newest piece to further enrich our YouTube campaign planning,” addressing the challenge of effectively reaching audiences as YouTube’s content volume continues to grow.
