Qoruz Secures $500K In Funding To Expand AI-Driven Creator Marketing Infrastructure

Creator intelligence and collaboration platform Qoruz has raised $500,000 in a pre-Series A funding round led by The Chennai Angels. The investment is part of a larger $1 million round that includes participation from marketing professionals, agency executives, and startup founders across the advertising and media industry.

Founded in 2014 by Praanesh Bhuvaneswar, Prabakaran B., Aditya Gurwara, and Priya Vivek, the Bengaluru-based startup enables brands to discover, evaluate, and collaborate with social media creators through the use of AI and structured data.

Qoruz has supported over 1,000 brands, including Amazon, Flipkart, Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, and Dabur.

Growth Strategy

The fresh capital will support enhancements to Qoruz’s AI stack, expansion into new market verticals, and international growth in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The company aims to reach $30 million in annual recurring revenue by 2026, with a targeted 3x year-on-year growth in enterprise clientele.

“We’re building an ecosystem for the creator economy, where creators are central to how products are discovered, trusted, and bought,” Bhuvaneswar said in a statement. “This capital allows us to deepen that foundation and bring operational precision to a space that has long operated on instinct.”

New Creator Brand Fit Index

Recently, Qoruz launched the Creator Brand Fit (CBF) Index, a framework that assesses influencer compatibility using over 20 parameters, including audience geography, demographics, brand safety indicators, and tone of voice. The index leverages Qoruz’s database of more than 4 million creators to match influencers with campaign-specific requirements.

“Every brand defines a ‘good creator’ differently,” noted Gurwara, Head of Brand Alliances. “One universal score for choosing creators simply can’t reflect that.”
