Underscore Talent Promotes Mallory Llewellyn To Lead Beauty, Fashion, And Lifestyle Division
Underscore Talent, a digital-first creator management company, has promoted Mallory Llewellyn to Partner for its Beauty, Fashion, and Lifestyle division. Llewellyn brings over a decade of experience in entertainment marketing, digital content, and talent management.
Llewellyn will manage a roster of influential fashion and beauty talents, including Christina Kirkman, Nicole Sahebi, Ella & Kara Mendelsohn, Skyelar Chase, Yuri Lee, Miranda Wilson, Suede Brooks, Joyjah Estrada, and Shania & Shaiann Donaldson.
“Mallory is deeply committed to elevating creators and building careers that last,” Dan Weinstein, co-founder and co-CEO of Underscore Talent, said in a press release. “Her passion for the fashion and beauty space, paired with her incredible track record and creative instincts, makes her a truly fast-rising leader on our team.”
Industry Track Record
Prior to joining Underscore, Llewellyn served as Head of Talent for the style and beauty division at TalentX Entertainment, where she guided crossover creators and developed intellectual property initiatives across platforms. Her work has led to partnerships with luxury brands, including Dior, Valentino, YSL Beauty, and Charlotte Tilbury.
Llewellyn previously held the Director of Talent position at UK-based YMU Group, managing digital opportunities and brand partnerships for over 100 clients across entertainment, sports, and digital media. Her career also includes roles at Galore Media and Starworks Group, where she executed branded content programs and managed social campaigns for clients including BB Dakota, ASOS, and Loewe.
Company Growth Strategy
As a division of TheSoul Publishing, Underscore Talent continues to expand its creator roster, recently signing Bailey Sarian, a two-time Forbes Top Creator honoree with 13.5 million followers across platforms. The company’s management philosophy emphasizes striking a balance between professional success and authentic content creation.
As Underscore Talent Partner Linnea Toney, who co-heads the entertainment department focused on digital creators and influencers, told Net Influencer last year, “Authenticity plays such a central role in being a content creator, no matter the type of content that you create.”
