MindgruveMacarta Becomes First Agency To Offer End-To-End TikTok Shop Management In Brazil As Platform Expands To Latin America

MindgruveMacarta has expanded its partnership with Outlandish to become the first agency offering end-to-end TikTok Shop management in Brazil. The collaboration places the global performance marketing firm at the front of TikTok’s Latin American expansion as the platform prepares to launch its e-commerce service in the region.

The partnership follows successful collaboration in Mexico, where the companies executed what they describe as “the most successful TikTok live shopping event in the country to date,” according to Carlos Corona, Chief Growth Officer at MindgruveMacarta.

“As TikTok Shop prepares to go live in Brazil, brands need a partner who understands the intersection of commerce, culture, and content,” Corona said in a press release.

The companies will provide brands with services spanning content production, local influencer activations, fulfillment, logistics, compliance, and advertising tailored for Brazil’s social commerce market.

Bruna Meldau, previously Director of Operations at MindgruveMacarta Brazil, will assume the role of Country Manager for Outlandish Brazil and oversee local execution.

With this move, MindgruveMacarta establishes on-the-ground teams in TikTok Shop’s key launch markets—the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil—making it the first agency to achieve this geographic coverage.

TikTok’s Global Expansion Strategy

The Brazil launch aligns with TikTok’s broader international expansion plans. ByteDance, TikTok’s parent company, recently brought TikTok Shop to France, Germany, and Italy in March and plans to enter Japan’s market by June.

This global push occurs as TikTok navigates regulatory challenges in the United States, where President Trump has extended the deadline for ByteDance to divest its U.S. operations amid ongoing discussions about potential ownership structures.
