LTK Reinforces C-Suite To Drive $5B Creator Commerce Platform Forward

Creator commerce platform LTK has announced two C-suite appointments as the company celebrates its 14th anniversary. The female-led unicorn, valued at $2 billion, is expanding its executive team to accelerate innovation and growth across its creator economy ecosystem.

Kristi O’Brien has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), focusing on advancing LTK’s brand and strategic partnerships globally. Since joining in 2018, O’Brien has driven hundreds of millions in annual revenue and integrated more than 9,000 retailers and over one million brands into the platform. Under her leadership, brands execute more than 55,000 creator collaborations annually across digital portfolios.

O’Brien recently led the development of LTK’s partnership with Pinterest, enabling creator content to reach Pinterest’s 570 million monthly users. Prior to LTK, she worked at Allen & Company, advising on over $150 billion in transactions for media and technology companies.

Unified Product Experience

Kit Ulrich steps into the newly created Chief Experience Officer (CXO) role, leading all product organizations across LTK’s ecosystem under one unified experience team. Ulrich will oversee creator success, growth teams, and consumer and creator marketing to deliver a more connected experience.

Since joining in 2020, Ulrich has transformed LTK from a shopping-only platform into a destination for creator-led communities. According to the announcement, recent platform enhancements have resulted in a 138% increase in time spent in the LTK app and a 160% increase in video views.

Platform Impact

LTK reports users purchasing more than $5 billion worth of products through the platform annually. Nearly 40% of Gen Z and Millennial women in the U.S. use LTK to discover and shop from their favorite creators.

The company notes its approach has resulted in over $3 billion invested in creators through the platform, helping nearly 400 creators become self-made millionaires. Recently named to TIME’s list of the 100 Most Influential Companies of 2025, LTK continues building infrastructure for the creator economy with solutions that connect creators, consumers, and brands for scaled impact.
