Kai Cenat Unveils Fortnite Icon Series Skin In Las Vegas Sphere

Streamer Kai Cenat revealed his upcoming Fortnite Icon Series skin through a two-minute video displayed on the Las Vegas Sphere on August 18. The skin will be available in-game starting September 12, according to the announcement made during his stream.

As Dexerto reports, the reveal showcased several cosmetic items expected to be included in the bundle: a Kai Cenat outfit featuring a red cap, white shirt, and red pants with “AMP” text; a hamster cosmetic (possibly representing his pet “Lil Cenat”); an “AMP” yellow pickaxe; and an Icon Series emote.

The Las Vegas Sphere display also featured a Mercedes AMG vehicle, confirming a three-way collaboration between Fortnite, Kai Cenat, and the automotive brand. Industry leaker ShiinaBR highlighted this partnership, though specific details about whether it will be a vehicle cosmetic, decal, or part of an emote remain unconfirmed.

‘Mafiathon 3’ Announcement

The Sphere reveal concluded with confirmation of “Mafiathon 3,” which Cenat later stated will be his final subathon. No specific start date has been announced, though Cenat indicated the event will begin the next time he goes live on Twitch.

Fortnite appears positioned to play a significant role in the upcoming subathon. According to Sports Illustrated, the previous “Mafiathon 2” reportedly generated approximately $3.6 million in Twitch subscription revenue alone, with total earnings potentially exceeding $20 million when accounting for sponsorships and advertising. This collaboration extends Cenat’s existing relationship with Epic Games. In 2024, Cenat, Sketch, and the AMP team appeared in Fortnite’s “Reload” trailer.

The Kai Cenat Icon Series follows previous Fortnite collaborations with content creators including Ninja, NickEh30, and Clix.
